This is our main facility . We provide high quality gym equipment that ensures that our member have the best gym experience they will ever get. A wide range of equipment for members to choose from. Hate waiting for tour turn to use the equipment? Fret not, as we have sufficient equipments to ensure that your gym sessions will be a productive one!

MOW Spa

MOW Spa provides a wide range of spa. Pamper yourself after a long day at work to b assured that your body will fel rejunvinated and refreshed. We have 5 different types of spa packages: Traditional Spa, Ayurvedic Spa, Medical Spa, Relaxation and Pampering Spa and the most unique spa experience, the Destination Spa. We use aroma oils and bath salts from the Dead Sea to ensure that our customers will have relaxing time at our spa.

Swimming Pool

We have our very own indoor swimming pool where you can go to after a session at the gym. Swimming is also a very good exercise that we would like to encourage our members to do.

MOW Store

Our supplement store sells all the supplements you need in order to aid and boost your exercise. We sell many different products and we ensure that our products are more affordable than what you can get outside. In addition, our members can also can furhter discounts when they purchase from the store.

MOW Cafe

An eatery that sells healthy snacks at affordable prices. We have specific food that target different exercises. For example we have this food package called Stamina where we provide food and drink that boost stamina. A wide variety of food to choose from after you have completed your exercise.
